Gensler Talent Management
Gensler architects in Chicago were in the process of introducing talent management practices to their business. One of the challenges of introducing this cultural change was to provide easy to access information about the importance of talent management in a way that didn't distract from the intense business of practicing architecture.
I worked with my client to produce a set of one-page explanations about the value of talent management that could be posted in places where employees would run across them, such as the break room.
"One-pagers" as they are often called, are a succint, unobstrusive way to introduce new concepts to employees, and I've created these types of visual explanations over the years for many of my customers.
