Mount Lebanon Village (MLV), a non-profit in Pittsburgh, helps 
older citizens live independently through the support services of 
community volunteers.

I designed this identity for MLV after working 
closely with the board of directors and facilitating a series of conversations to understand their mission, and 
how they want to be perceived.

I also wrote the launch plan that outlined their operational structure 
and timeframe for taking on members and beginning to provide services. 
They have implemented the plan and are now successfully operating in their neighborhood.
