McDonald’s corporation is always seeking ways to provide better service, and quality products to its customers. The McCafe´ Beverage Program Guide, the Drive-Thru Optimization Guide, and the McDonald’s in Walmart Best Practices guide are three examples of the many guides I've designed for McDonald's franchisees over the years.

These types of initiatives usually involve a large quantity of information, many subject matter experts, and a short timeframe for production. For these types of projects, I start with a stack of source materials from my clients. I interview stakeholders to understand what they are trying to communicate, then I design, illustrate, and format the resulting user guide. Often times these documents used in print and PDF format, sometimes they are translated for the web.
