McDonald's HR and Global Talent Management
When employees can see the direction an organization is moving toward, and understand how they fit in the whole process, they are more likely to accept change.
Several of the initiatives I work on with McDonald’s Human Resources
and Global Talent Management groups focus on cultural and organizational
shifts employees are asked to embrace. By creating visual models and
presentations that explain the big picture, my clients are able to communicate
what’s happening within the company and what employees can expect.
My role in these efforts includes consulting about the strategic aspects of what my clients were trying to accomplish, and developing a communication plan with them to set cultural change in motion.
